NBA 2K enforcement
On September 24, 2026, 2K reported permanent bans for unfair shooting aids and input-manipulation scripts. Device connectivity does not establish permission.
Prepare the device
The manufacturer uses Zen Studio Live in Chrome for its setup workflow. Update the firmware using the current instructions, then use PROG USB for programming. A charge-only cable can power a device without carrying the data needed by the setup software.
Follow the documented port changes between updating, programming and console use. Keep the firmware version and your controller model in your notes so you can identify what changed later.
PS5 setup
The documented Zen Link workflow depends on the accessory model. The V1 instructions require its update before setup. The guide places Zen Link at A1 and uses the Zenlink phone app, Bluetooth and matching Wi-Fi.
Apply the PS5 settings specified for your model, including USB communication. Use the manufacturer's full checklist rather than combining steps from different accessory revisions.
Xbox Series X|S setup
The main setup guide specifies the Xbox One X/S output protocol. A matching controller connects at A1; crossover instructions use a console-matching controller at A1 and the playing controller at A3.
The Series-controller reference documents USB or the Xbox Wireless Adapter, without Bluetooth support. Check the exact controller's additional instructions before treating a connection problem as a script problem.
PC setup limits
The manufacturer says PC use is possible but officially unsupported. It instructs users to disconnect PROG USB before starting a game and limits support to licensed console controllers. Programming on a computer is separate from using the device as that computer's game controller.
Check the connection before adding variables
Confirm that ordinary buttons and sticks work before evaluating a configured sequence. If they don't, record where the input stops responding and return to the matching hardware instructions.
Once the normal controls respond, keep the script version and its documented configuration separate from the connection record. This makes it easier to distinguish a cable or authentication change from a changed game result.
